Jefferson Family Medicine was founded in 1992 and became part of Rochester Regional Health in 2020. Our goal is to provide the best possible medical care in a comfortable and pleasant setting. We treat each patient with dignity, respect, kindness, and courtesy. We dedicate ourselves to listening and responding to our patients' needs to ensure complete satisfaction. We have built a practice that meets patient needs and makes the best use of everyone's time, where staff and physicians work together in a spirit of harmony and cooperation.
