Wolcott Internal Medicine offers comprehensive health care services for adult patients over the age of 18. Our physicians are board-certified in Internal Medicine and are members of the Rochester General Medical Group. Our providers work closely with the Rochester region's top specialists at Rochester General Hospital to provide our patients with high-quality medical care should you need care beyond your office visit with us.

To schedule an appointment, please call us at (315) 594-9444. We offer same-day sick visits and appointments for patients with urgent problems. Your cooperation in arriving on time for your appointment helps us stay on schedule.
Our Wayne County Internal Medicine physicians rotate to provide after-hours care services to our patients for urgent problems that are not able to wait until the next business day. The on-call physician can be reached by pager on evenings and weekends. For after-hours care, please call the office at (315) 594-9444.
If you're a new patient with us, please arrive at least 30 minutes early to your first appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.
If you must cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. That will allow us to offer your appointment to another patient. We require same-day or prior to appointment notice if you're canceling a routine or sick visit appointment.
