    Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship

    The APP Fellowship programs take place in a protected learning environment that will provide exposure to an array of complex disease processes commonly found in acute and office settings. With a focus on developing competence and confidence, the transition-to-practice programs will prepare advanced practice providers for delivering superior patient care.

  • Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program

    As a Cardiovascular Disease Fellow, you’ll be trained by the nationally-renowned physicians at the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute. We are a Cleveland Clinic Heart Surgery Affiliate, and SCHI serves as an affiliate heart hospital in New York State. You will be given the opportunity to study various areas of Cardiology at Rochester Regional Health, and will also be able to select elective rotations at other locations across the country.

    Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship

    Rochester Regional Health’s Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship offers fellows the opportunity to study with the nationally-renowned physicians at the Lipson Cancer Institute. With strong clinical training in all facets of Hematology and Medical Oncology - including general oncology consultations, research, radiation oncology, gynecological oncology, and hematology/hemophilia consultations - Fellows will be prepared for the road ahead.

    The Interventional Spine Fellowship is a comprehensive one-year outpatient clinical training program designed to help Fellows master the fundamentals of evidence-based interventional spine care.     Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship

    The Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship provides Fellows an interdisciplinary approach, offering contact and communication between providers from all aspects of care in the busy Rochester athletic community. Incorporating the application of a physician’s knowledge with procedural and communication skills, our talented faculty will teach you how to handle issues that can arise and affect athletic performance throughout a lifetime of sports participation.

    Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship

    The Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship provides Fellows a broad range of knowledge and skills to care for patients. To name a few, extensive training includes bedside ultrasound, airway management and ICU procedures. Fellows will have the opportunity to pursue their clinical research interest and receive mentorship from outstanding faculty members.

    Rochester General Hospital Infectious Diseases Fellowship

    The RGH Infectious Diseases Fellowship program’s overall goal is to provide a multifaceted and dynamic training experience for budding infectious diseases physicians. During the two-year training program, the ID fellows provide care for patients with a range of infectious diseases conditions and obtain valuable learning experiences in hospital patient safety and quality programs such as infection prevention and control, antibiotic stewardship and OPAT.

    The Rochester General Hospital Neuroradiology Fellowship is thrilled to offer a one- year, rigorous program designed to train high-quality neuroradiologists and leaders. Our fellows will have a rich case base, unique opportunities and the ability to work closely and collaborate with many neuroscience practitioners.

    Unity Endocrine Diabetes and Metabolism Fellowship

    The primary location of our fellowship program is at Unity Hospital with rotations at clinical sites within the Rochester Regional Health system. Over two years, fellows will be well trained in all areas of endocrinology and will gain expertise in thyroid ultrasounds and ultrasound guided thyroid fine needle aspirations. In addition, fellows will gain expertise in the use of all modalities of diabetes treatment, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring.

    Administrative Fellowship

    The Administrative Fellowship is a 12 - 24-month post-graduate program designed to grow and develop the next generation of healthcare leaders. Fellows will experience a project-based opportunity featuring hands-on work and experiential learning. You’ll be assigned to meaningful system-wide projects and complete additional rotations throughout the health system to develop key skills and gain exposure in other areas of interest.
