University of Central Florida; Project Manager | Enterprise Program Management Office | Rochester Regional Health. Years of Fellowship: 2018 - 2019. “The Fellowship Program has been the single most impactful experience of my career. It allowed me to explore new areas of healthcare that I hadn’t previously explored, hone my technical skills, and develop genuine relationships with leaders that have shaped me into a better leader. My experiences working with physicians, executives, vendors, and staff have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. The “Build-Your-Own Experience” structure provides endless opportunities to learn and find your interests. I’m very grateful to have served as a Fellow, and know that I will carry the skills and knowledge that I gained throughout the rest of my career.”

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; Program Manager | Geriatric Surgery Center of Excellence | Rochester Regional Health. Years of Fellowship: 2017 - 2019. “I think the most impactful aspect of the fellowship, for me, was the realistic way it shaped my future career goals. The leadership at Rochester Regional Health provided me with direct opportunities to feel ownership over complex projects, feel responsibility to deliver on goals, while lending appropriate support. This style of mentorship allowed me to develop project management skills, by managing actual projects. My current role is a direct result of the work I was allowed to do, and the relationships I was able to develop during the fellowship.”
