National Cancer Survivors Day 2019

June 2, 2019

On June 2nd each year, cancer treatment centers, patients and their families celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day as a way to honor those who have survived, an inspiration for those who have been recently diagnosed, a gathering of support for families and a way to share with our communities how each and every patient motivate us to be better caregivers and people.

This year, the Lipson Cancer Institute team nominated exceptional cancer caregivers across the system to share their passion for their roles in the cancer care journey and the inspiration they draw from every patient and survivor. Meet our care team.
