Candice strives to treat her patients as she would treat a close family member, with compassion, dignity, and respect. Her philosophy of care is to partner with her patients and families to reach the best healthcare decision that is consistent with their belief system and goals.
Candice Job is a Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in New York. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the State University of New York at Brockport in 2006. She continued on to obtain her Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Saint John Fisher College in 2013. Candice has worked at Rochester General Hospital for over 10 years. She has worked in the Medical Intensive Care Unit/ Coronary Care Unit, Medical Assessment and Treatment Unit, Neurology, Hematology/ Oncology, joining the Geriatrics team in 2022. She also actively serves as the Advanced Practice Provider Council Nurse Practitioner Subcommittee Chair at Rochester General Hospital.
She enjoys staying active, exercising, skiing, hiking, and biking with her husband, twin daughters, and dog. Candice is also interested in the empowerment and utilization of Nurse Practitioners to advance quality health care, helping to improve health care access for patients and reduce health care disparities.
