Dr. Miner joined the practice back in 2003. He was born in Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at Alfred University. He then went on to get his medical degree at SUNY in Syracuse. His internship was at the Upstate Medical Center, also in Syracuse. Dr. Miner then served our country in the US Army before coming back to Upstate NY to complete his Internal Medicine residency. He served as the Director of Internal Medicine Services in Binghamton, NY before coming to Rochester to join the practice. He has served as the President of the Medical Society in Cortland, NY as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. Dr. Miner loves that he is able to care for his patients and meet their medical needs.
