I went into Family Medicine because I enjoy providing care throughout a patient's lifetime. Preventative medicine is the best medicine to follow. I love serving the rural community and getting to know each patient personally.
I enjoy spending most of my time outside of work with my husband, three children, 3 dogs, and cat. I love to go for walks, go swimming, or ride my bike.
I am a native Rochesterian who did my undergraduate work at Rochester Institute of Technology. I completed medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. After 9/11 I proudly joined the United States Army and served 6 years active duty. I completed my Family Medicine Residency at Darnall Army Medical Center in Ft. Hood, Texas. I served a year deployment as a doctor in the Middle East to support Operation Enduring Freedom. After completing my commitment with the US Army, I worked over six years practicing Family Medicine for URMC at Webster Family Medicine. I am now proudly practicing Family Medicine in Bergen, NY for Rochester Regional Health.
