Path Peer Advocacy Program for Habitation

PATH is a grant funded community outreach program sponsored by the New York State Office of Mental Health that employs persons who are, or have been, consumers of behavioral health services. Staff provides peer support and linkage to community services for adults who have a mental illness and are homeless.

Peer coaches are located at Dimitri House, Bethany House, Main Quest Treatment Center, Rochester General Hospital Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, The Genesee Campus and Monroe County Human and Health Service's Emergency Housing Unit.
