That’s why we assign a Nurse Navigator to guide patients and their families through their healthcare journey, from evaluation and diagnosis, to treatment and beyond.
Serving as the liaison between the patient and all members of the care team, the Nurse Navigator coordinates all aspects of a patients care, including referrals and recommendations to specialty providers of alternative treatment options. The Nurse Navigator is also available to answer any questions, and offer resources and education regarding the planned course of treatment.
