Preventive Exercise Programs

Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Unity offers a special Preventive Exercise Program (P.E.P.) to help you control or prevent many chronic conditions and improve fitness. Exercise in our state-of-the-art facility with highly trained nurses and exercise physiologists, for a reasonable monthly fee.

P.E.P. includes ongoing professional exercise guidance and education classes that is great for people with pre-diabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, fibromyalgia, weight issues or a history of heart disease. 

Exercise promotes well-being and longevity, and its benefits include:

Personal training

Unity also offers a personal  training option. Your consultation will include a discussion of your brief medical history, girth measurements or body composition and weight, exercise goals and tailored exercise programming.
