Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Unity offers a special Preventive Exercise Program (P.E.P.) , a self-pay program can help you control or prevent chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, fibromyalgia and weight issues. You’ll exercise under the guidance of highly trained nurses and exercise physiologists in a state-of-the-art facility, and learn how to identify and respond to risk factors that can affect your long-term health.

Your consultation will include a discussion of your brief medical history, girth measurements or body composition and weight, exercise goals and tailored exercise programming. Seniors have special exercise needs when it comes to exercise, and two local health insurance providers have developed programs specifically designed for older adults.
