This program combines the individualized visits of Beyond Diets, with a more specialized protein-rich meal plan and structured follow-up schedule. Throughout this program you’ll follow a healthy calorie-controlled plan, with the opportunity to include high-protein supplemental shakes. Increasing the protein content of your diet will help reduce hunger and cravings, as well as maximize fat loss while preserving lean muscle mass.
Our program begins with an initial assessment, followed by a 2-3 week follow up visit, then visits every 4 weeks. Participants can choose to extend their program depending on their weight loss goals.
This program focuses more on minimizing fat mass rather than weight loss. Participants can expect to lose both fat percentage and weight gradually over the course of their program.
Protein enriched supplement is available to purchase as an option to help participants reach their daily protein goals. The protein supplement we offer has been specifically formulated to assist in fat loss and lean body mass maintenance. It is not sold in stores and can only be purchased through a physician’s office.
Our Beyond Diets II program uses a simple diagnostic test to help determine your individual metabolic requirements and body composition. The dietician uses the test results to create a meal plan that is right for you. We will regularly repeat the diagnostic test to measure your progress throughout the program.
