Vaccinated Employee At-home Testing for COVID-19

Please follow the instructions included in your test kit to ensure an accurate result.

What to do when you get your results

If you have symptoms and are positive:

  • Self-isolate.
  • Report your positive result to the Department of Health.
  • Report your positive result to WorkReady through the employee portal, Enterprise Health, by uploading a picture of your result.
  • Contact your primary care provider if you develop worsening symptoms.

If you have symptoms and are negative:

  • Report your negative result to WorkReady through the employee portal, Enterprise Health, by uploading a picture of your result.
  • A PCR confirmatory saliva test will be required and directions will be provided through the employee portal, Enterprise Health.

How to successfully isolate at home

  • Monitor your symptoms. If you have worsening symptoms, call your primary care provider.
  • If you develop any severe symptoms (including trouble breathing), seek emergency medical care immediately.
  • Stay in a separate room from other household members, if possible.
  • Use a separate bathroom, if possible.
  • Take steps to improve ventilation at home, if possible.
  • Avoid contact with other members of the household and pets.
  • Don’t share personal household items, such as cups, towels, and utensils.
  • Wear a well-fitting mask when you need to be around other people.
