Visiting your loved one at the hospital can offer a number of health benefits, like reducing stress and anxiety, increasing their mood, boosting morale, and simply putting a smile back on their face. As the number of new coronavirus cases decreases in our community, Rochester Regional Health has created a set of safe guidelines so you can still visit your family and friends at any of our hospitals.
Things may look a bit different when you visit, but you can rest assured that we’re still providing the same safe, high-quality care. Watch the video below to learn more.
Patients may designate two visitors throughout their stay. However, only one visitor is allowed at a time for no longer than four hours daily.
New visiting hours and guidelines
All visitors will be screened upon arrival at any of our hospitals.
Visitors will need to check-in upon arrival and check-out when they leave the hospital.
Similar to all employees, visitors must wear a mask or cloth face-covering at all times while in the hospital.
Social distancing has been proven to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Visitors must keep more than six feet between themselves and others at all times while at a Rochester Regional Health hospital.
