Dr. Geary's father, Joseph Geary, MD started their group, Vascular Surgery Associates in the 1960’s. Dr. Geary joined him in practice in the 1990’s and embraced their model of care as an integrated medical practice where all of the Vascular Surgeons in their group participate and share in their patient’s care.
Dr. Geary attended the University of Rochester School of Medicine for medical school, surgical residency, and Vascular Surgery Fellowship. He did his undergraduate at Union College and is a Brighton High School graduate.
Dr. Geary enjoys volleyball, golf, tennis, boating, woodworking and foreign languages.
