Like most, Krystal was originally drawn to health care by a desire to help others. That in combination with her past involvement in athletics is what lead her to orthopaedics. She enjoys educating patients on their orthopaedic issues and guiding them through each step of their care.
Krystal is a Rochester native and graduated from Churchville-Chili High School. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Ithaca College. She graduated from the physician assistant program at Daemen College in 2011. Krystal started her career at Rochester General Hospital as part of the inpatient orthopedic team and in 2014 she joined Whitbeck Spinal Associates. Since then she has been practicing as part of their orthopedic spine team.
Krystal enjoys spending time with her family, especially her dogs--Shamus, Tater Tot, Reuben, and KJ. When she is not at work you can find her spoiling her pups, working out, hanging out at a classic car show or working on a craft project.
