Jennifer is a speech-language pathologist who focuses on treating a variety of speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. She is trained in video fluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) also known as modified barium swallow studies. Jennifer earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nazareth College of Rochester. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading.
Geneva Providers
Dan is a physical therapist with interests in a variety of orthopedic conditions, neuromuscular conditions, and acute care therapy. Dan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 2021. Dan uses an exercise-based approach to therapy, focusing on improving mobility and strength to regain independence, restore function, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of work, Dan enjoys golf, lifting, running, and reading.

Sabrina Basile is a pelvic floor physical therapist who enjoys co-creating a personalized experience that addresses each patient's unique goals to improve their quality of life. Sabrina considers the whole patient to resolve conditions that someone of any age or gender might experience such as urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, sexual dysfunction and more. Sabrina earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen University and in her free time she enjoys walking, rock climbing and spending time with her family.
Margaret is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopaedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Margaret holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College. She happily fulfils the role of physical therapist by collaborating with individuals to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent future injuries. Margaret enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and exercising in her leisure time.
Kaitlyn is an Occupational Therapist with a focus on rehabilitation of the upper extremity, which often includes education in pain management, edema control, activity modifications/adaptations, and exercise programs. Kaitlyn has experience treating patients of all ages with varying abilities. She approaches each case with a holistic lens to help patients regain function and be able to participate in meaningful activities. Kaitlyn earned her Master’s of Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo in 2022 and enjoys hiking with her dog, yoga, time with family and friends, and travelling.
Eric is a Physical Therapist who specializes in orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2023. His approach to rehabilitation is movement-based, with an emphasis on restoring functional strength and sport-specific capacity, returning patients to their active lifestyles without pain. He enjoys golfing, cooking, and reading.

Jill is a physical therapist who focuses on orthopaedics, aquatic therapy, and spinal issues. She earned both her Master's in Physical Therapy and her DPT from Ithaca College. She enjoys running, sports, reading, music, and spending time with family.

Laurie is a physical therapist who focuses on orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and aquatic physical therapy. She specializes in treating the spine and upper and lower extremities. She has attended seminars on topics that include McKenzie, Mulligan, myofascial/manual techniques, Graston, AAT, yoga, pilates, running kinematics, spine, and sports-related injuries. Laurie has written for WNY Physician Magazine, and has conducted a spine research project. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College. In her free time, Laurie enjoys travelling, as well as playing and watching sports.
Kasey is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She graduated with her Master’s degree from the University at Buffalo in 2016. She has several years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting treating various types of injuries to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. She provides individualized patient care and custom splinting. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog, working out, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2023 and his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from SUNY College at Brockport in 2019. Joe enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling in his free time.

Isobel is an orthopaedic physical therapist who follows a pragmatic, individualized approach to treatment. She specializes in hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, spine rehabilitation and also temporomandibular joint dysfunction. She enjoys treating vestibular and post-concussion patients. She has completed the Vestibular Rehabilitation Competency Course offered by Emory University and more recently became certified as a Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Specialist through the American Institute of Balance. Isobel is co-chair of the Clinical Ladder Committee which promotes ongoing professional development and funds continuing education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, Ireland in 1992. In her free time she enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with her family.
Faye is an Orthopedic physical therapist that specializes in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Perinatal care, and Musculoskeletal pathologies. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D'Youville College in 2016 and Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science in 2013. She provides evidence-based practice and an individualized approach with each patient. In her spare time, Faye enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family.

Alexia is a speech-language pathologist who treats patients with dysphagia, voice disorders, and stroke/brain injury. She has a special interest in voice and cognitive therapy. She is trained in Modified Barium Swallow Studies, and voice programs including SPEAK OUT and PhoRTE. Alexia works in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help individuals regain their functional status and learn new strategies. Alexia earned her Master degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nazareth University. When not working, Alexia enjoys reading, going on long walks, and hosting dinner parties.

She has special interest in leg, arm, and post-cancer based treatments and also works on the inpatient side of the hospital with special interest in cardiac and post-surgical cases. Lauren graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, knitting, and reading.
Erin is a physical therapist who treats acute care and outpatient orthopedic patients. Her interests include acute care therapy where she aims to get patients back to their baseline functional status to help patients go home. She is also interested in post-surgical therapy. Erin graduated from Nazareth College with her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy in 2017. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the lake, walking and reading.

Carol is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who focuses on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She specializes in treating arthritis, basal joint arthritis, multi-system/traumatic hand injuries, and fractures. She holds a certification in Ergonomics and authored/co-authored diagnostic treatment guidelines and diagnostic patient materials for the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). She earned her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. In her free time, Carol enjoys quilting, gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.

Natalie is an occupational therapist specializing in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity. She holds a master’s degree from Syracuse University–Utica College. To further enhance her unique treatment approach, she obtained the Graston Technique Specialist (GTS) certification . Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal dysfunction, wrist and finger pathologies, custom splinting, and post-operative management of the upper extremity. Natalie has a strong passion for education and teaching. Her commitment to the community is evident in her numerous volunteer endeavors.
Chuck is a Physical Therapist who specializes in orthopedic injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. Chuck earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo. Lisa is a dedicated and experienced therapist with a passion for helping patients recover and thrive. She earned her Master's of Physical Therapy in 2005 and advanced her expertise by obtaining a Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees in 2013, both from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. She specializes in orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and ACL rehabilitation, and she has a particular focus on knee injury prevention and return-to-sports programs. Additionally, she is skilled in treating conditions like infant torticollis and has earned her certification as a Kinesio Tape Practitioner as well as a SportsMetrics Master Certification through Cincinnati Sports Medicine. Her approach to therapy is patient-centered, evidence-based, and hand-on, ensuring each individual receives personalized care that meets their unique needs.
