Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
All ElderONE participants receive annual evaluations by physical and occupational therapists. Those with ongoing needs may receive therapy as determined by their individual care plan. This may include physical, occupational and/or speech therapy using a variety of treatments and equipment. The frequency will also be determined by the care plan team.
Our experienced therapy staff provides effective and compassionate care that allows ElderONE participants to achieve maximum independence with functional activities. Therapists also work with the ElderONE PACE Center staff and Home Care Aides to carry out needed exercise in the most practical ways using an interdisciplinary approach.
Ongoing therapy helps ElderONE participants with activities of daily independent living so they remain independent for as long as possible and have improved quality of life.
