About Me

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Grimm is an orthopaedic surgeon in practice at Rochester Regional Health - Canandaigua Orthopaedic Associates (COA). COA has been serving the Canandaigua and surrounding communities’ musculoskeletal needs since 1979. Throughout the past 40 years, each of our medical staff members has chosen to live within Ontario County. Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing high quality patient care that is delivered in a personal, friendly, down-to-earth manner. Our medical services are specific to that portion of medicine known as Orthopaedics. Our specialists treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system involving problems with the bones and joints of the arms and legs, and related structures including nerves, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.

At COA we believe in meeting patients’ individual needs through comprehensive evaluation and treatment designed to help them achieve an active, pain-free lifestyle. Many musculoskeletal conditions can be treated by non-surgical techniques, with surgery representing just one of many treatment options. We endeavor to combine leading edge techniques with proven traditional methods to provide our patients with the best orthopaedic care possible. Our goal is to establish a caring partnership with each patient that facilitates achieving individual goals of healing.
