Updated: April 7, 2020 at 11:03 PM

Following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and the New York State Department of Health to minimize communal gatherings amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the following is a list of current location closings and cancellations.

Closings

  • All walk-in evaluations are temporarily cancelled at all RRH mental health and chemical dependency clinics. Individuals seeking immediate access to outpatient clinic services should call the Behavioral Health Access & Crisis Center at (585) 368-3950. All non-urgent behavioral appointments will be rescheduled.
  • All Rochester Regional Health hospital cafeterias and eateries will be closed until further notice. This new safeguard is in alignment with NYS recommendations from Governor Cuomo.

Cancellations

  • Elective Surgeries: As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, Rochester Regional Health joins leading health systems around the world to proactively reschedule elective surgeries at all RRH facilities beginning Monday, March 16 continuing through March 29. This time frame may change as we monitor developments surrounding COVID-19.
  • Non-Urgent Medical Appointments: All non-urgent medical appointments are being rescheduled. Please contact your provider's office for questions or concerns, or call 585-922-INFO.
