Individuals: Our registered 1:1 dietitian/nutritionist evaluates your specific needs and daily routine, and offers practical suggestions on meal planning, dining out and more. You’ll learn how to establish good eating habits, which are essential for managing medical conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, celiac disease and chronic kidney disease.
Groups: We offer supportive and informative setting for individuals to learn about and implement healthy eating and lifestyle habits. These sessions, typically led by a registered dietitian or other qualified professional, focus on shared nutrition goals, label literacy, recipe sharing, meal prepping skills, and provide a fun and welcoming platform for participants to connect, share experiences, and learn new skills.
Shop with a RD: Join our Registered Dietitian on a 1-hour guided grocery store tour and learn how to read nutrition labels with confidence, choose budget-friendly & nutritious foods, plan meals that support your goals, discover new ingredients and healthy swaps. This is perfect for individuals, families, or anyone ready to take control of their health – right from the grocery aisle!
