At Family Medicine - Geneseo, we know that restoring the health of our patients and building collaborative relationships go hand-in-hand. We are a family medicine practice, which means we see patients of all ages–from newborns to adults.

We work closely with the Rochester area's top specialists in the Rochester Regional Health network to provide our patients with high-quality medical care, should you need care beyond your office visit with us.

• Routine physical exams and health screenings for infants to adults
• Same day sick visits
• Gynecological care
• Obstetric (for non-high-risk births) care for women*
• Treatment and management of chronic diseases (such as diabetes and high blood pressure)
• Same day appointments for urgent problems
• Prescription medication and refills
• Immunizations, including Flu and COVID-19 vaccines
• On-site lab, imaging and specialty services for convenience
• Addiction medicine/IMAT**

*This service is offered by physician, Dr. Donna Schue. All deliveries are done at United Memorial Medical Center.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your appointment, we appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient seeking care.

What to bring to your appointment

• Your insurance card
• A list of your current medications (with dosages), including any over-the-counter medications or supplements
• Any questions you may have for your physician about health concerns, medications, and treatment
• Any prescription refills you may need so we can provide them for you at the time of your visit
