Lab Test Results
Federal Law requires Rochester Regional Health to provide access for patients the right to access their medical records directly from clinical laboratories, including completed laboratory test reports. You may view your lab test results through our Patient Portal, MyCare, or you can request your Medical Records via Fax, mail, or in person.
