Dr. Hoefen's goal as a general cardiologist is to provide personalized, compassionate care to his patients and serve as their primary point of contact for all forms of cardiac disease.
Dr. Hoefen attended medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. After graduating, he completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at Strong Memorial Hospital.Dr. Hoefen has practiced cardiology at Unity Hospital for over ten years. He also serves as the Medical Director of the Noninvasive Cardiology Laboratory at Unity Hospital and is the Unity Hospital Site Director for the Cardiology Fellowship program.
In Dr. Hoefen's personal time, he enjoys skiing, biking, backpacking, and traveling with his family.
