I grew up in the Finger Lakes area and chose Family Medicine because I enjoy being part of the entire lifespan of my patients and their families, and helping them walk through the various ages and stages of life and whatever that might bring.
I have a special focus in Lifestyle Medicine, which I completed additional board certification for in 2020. This takes a deeper look into how lifestyle changes (like diet, exercise, stress reduction, etc.) can improve our overall health and prevent chronic disease.
