Dr. Stelmach gets satisfaction from being a partner with patients along as they navigate the health care system and embrace the role of educator, planner, counselor, and safety net to ensure they have the best experience possible.
Although born in California Dr. Stelmach has spent the majority of her life in Rochester, NY. She attended the University of Rochester for undergraduate and graduate school and continued additional education at Robert's Weslyan College. She practiced as an RN before becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Stelmach have worked as a Nurse Practitioner since 1990.
She finds joy and peace in hiking, kayaking, reading, yoga and have even dabbled in creative writing a bit
