About The Provider
Dr. Alex Fahoury is an internal medicine and primary care provider who spent 6 years with URMC as the Medical Director at their Brockport site and 7 years as the Director of the Hospitalist Program at Lakeside.
Dr. Fahoury has worked in various complex sites such as RGH, Mercy Buffalo, ECMC and Pennical Health. He has held teaching positions at URMC, Pennical Health and RGH. He is currently affiliated with RRH, ECMC, Medina and the VA system. He completed extensive training at Penn State with a full year in preliminary surgery which added extra skills to his career as PCP. He is Internal Medicine Board certified (twice 2006 & 2016).
His office is open Saturdays and offers evening hours.
