Edwin Jimenez, MD

Edwin Jimenez, MD is a fellowship-trained general surgeon specializing in advanced gastrointestinal and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic and laparoscopic procedures. He provides comprehensive care for a wide range of surgical conditions, with expertise in hernia and hiatal hernia repair, gallbladder surgery, endoscopy and colonoscopy, and soft tissue mass removal. Dr. Jimenez completed his medical degree and general surgery residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, followed by fellowship training in Advanced GI and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida. He is an Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is fluent in Spanish.
