Jenney A Stringer, FNP-C

Jenney Stringer is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing primary care and sexual health services to adults in the greater Rochester region.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Hamilton College, completed her master's degree at Oregon Health Science University, and obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from SUNY Brockport. Prior to joining RRH Long Pond Internal Medicine, she worked as a primary care provider at a federally qualified health center in downtown Rochester. She also served as Associate Faculty in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester, where she provided gynecologic and obstetric care to women from adolescence through menopause.

Her clinical interests include primary care, substance use disorders, sexual health, and gynecologic care—including Pap smears, IUD insertions and removals, and Nexplanon (etonogestrel implant) procedures. She is committed to evidence-based, compassionate care and welcomes new patients to her practice.
