About The Provider
Jill Hopkins, NP is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals across all stages of adulthood. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Keuka College and previously served as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care with the University of Rochester in Williamson, New York. Jill has experience caring for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions and believes in a holistic approach that addresses physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State. Outside of work, Jill enjoys traveling, hiking, and gardening. Jill is welcoming new patients at Internal Medicine – Wolcott.
