About The Provider
Katherine Hoener, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in robotic and open complex abdominal wall reconstruction, anti-reflux surgery, hernia and hiatal hernia repair, gallbladder disease, diverticulitis and colon surgery, soft tissue mass excision, abscess drainage, and a wide range of general surgical conditions. She completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at Saint Luke's University Health Network in Kansas City, Missouri, following her General Surgery residency at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Hoener earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University and is an active member of several leading surgical organizations.
