Nicole Monachino, DO, joins Rochester Regional Health as a family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. She is committed to delivering compassionate, holistic, evidence-based care for patients at every stage of life, building strong relationships that support long-term health and wellness. Dr. Monachino completed her Family Medicine residency at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, gardening, baking, and hiking.
