Long-Term Care Program

Loving Care that Feels Like Home

At Rochester Regional Health, our long-term care revolves around each resident and elder, focusing on their independence, dignity, choice, and decision-making, all while providing the medical and skilled nursing services they need.

The Long-Term Care Program embraces a new model of care where our residents are encouraged to make their own choices in a home-like environment where they will live and share life’s journey. We proudly provide our residents with the medical care and attention they need while fostering independence and dignified assistance.
