Community Meeting Notice
Rochester Regional Health will hold a public community meeting, as required by the New York State Department of Health, regarding the closure of the former Country Village Family Medicine location under the Article 28 license and its relocation to Parkway Family Medicine.

3 Vince Tofany Blvd, Greece Town Center – Conference Rooms A & B
This meeting will focus on the office closure and relocation only. Patient care and providers remain unchanged at Parkway Family Medicine.
