ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health (RRH) celebrated the 47th annual Rochester Regional Health Golf Classic in memory of Ralph P. DeStephano on Monday, Aug. 24, bringing together community members, business leaders, sponsors and supporters for a day of golf and philanthropy at Oak Hill Country Club.
The longstanding tournament has raised more than $2 million over the years to support programs, services and initiatives across Rochester Regional Health, helping advance the health system’s mission to provide high-quality care to patients and families throughout the region. This year’s event raised $395,000 for the Rochester Regional Health Foundation.
The 2026 event featured golf on Oak Hill Country Club’s East and West courses, followed by a dinner and awards ceremony.
“Ralph DeStephano understood the importance of investing in the health and well-being of the community, and his vision continues to make a difference today,” said Richard 'Chip' Davis, PhD, EdM, CEO of Rochester Regional Health. “For nearly half a century, this tournament has brought people together around that same spirit of generosity. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported this event and helped turn that generosity into meaningful resources for our patients, families and communities.”

Funds raised through the Rochester Regional Health Golf Classic help support essential health system programs and services, providing philanthropic resources to advance patient care, strengthen services and respond to the evolving needs of the communities Rochester Regional Health serves.
