Rochester Regional Health’s Dwight Raum Recognized Among Nation’s Top Chief Digital Officers

ROCHESTER, NY - Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is proud to announce that its Chief Digital Information Officer Dwight Raum has been named to the 2025 edition of “Chief Digital Officers to Know” by Becker’s Healthcare, a leading source of healthcare industry news. Becker’s created the list to honor chief digital officers driving innovation in healthcare through digital transformation and data-driven strategies.

Since joining RRH in 2023, Raum has led a sweeping transformation of the system’s IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, established enterprise-wide IT governance and oversight, and developed a digital and AI-driven roadmap for the future.

“This recognition is really about the team at Rochester Regional Health,” said Raum. “Together, we’re rethinking how technology supports care delivery by optimizing the systems we have, building the next generation of digital tools, and helping shift from a traditional fee-for-service model to a more value-based approach. Our focus is on improving patient outcomes, not just managing transactions.”

Before joining the health system, Raum served as chief digital officer for Philadelphia-based Quil Health. He also launched the Johns Hopkins Technology Innovation Center in prior roles as chief technology officer and interim CIO of Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine and Johns Hopkins University.
