Rochester, NY — The Rochester Regional Health Foundation has been recognized as a national high performer in the 2025 Report on Giving published by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, an international organization dedicated to advancing healthcare fundraising excellence.
High performer status is awarded to organizations ranking in the top 25 percent of all respondents across key fundraising performance metrics. Rochester Regional Health Foundation earned recognition in two categories: overall revenue and overall productivity, measured by net production revenue per full-time equivalent.
Rochester Regional Health is the only health care system in New York State to be recognized in both categories. Other national high performers include Mass General, CommonSpirit Health, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and UPMC.
“This recognition reflects exceptional performance by our Foundation team and the extraordinary generosity of our donors,” said Richard 'Chip' Davis, PhD, CEO of Rochester Regional Health. “Philanthropy plays a vital role in advancing our strategic priorities and strengthening care across our communities.”
A landmark gift from Mr. Tom Golisano contributed significantly to the Foundation’s results and has helped position Rochester Regional Health for continued success as it advances its current fundraising campaign.
The Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s annual Report on Giving analyzes data from hundreds of healthcare organizations across the United States and internationally, highlighting trends and best practices in healthcare philanthropy.
