ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is proud to announce that RRH Home Care has been recognized as the region’s only home care provider to receive a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Home Health Star Ratings Program. This highest possible rating reflects the outstanding dedication, collaboration, and quality-driven focus of the RRH Home Care team.
The CMS Home Health Star Ratings program evaluates home health agencies nationwide based on rigorous performance standards related to patient outcomes, experience, and operational excellence. Achieving a 5-star rating places RRH Home Care among the top-performing home health providers in the country. Of the 12,251 home health agencies nationwide, only 429 of them have achieved a 5-star Quality rating- that’s just 3.5% of all agencies across the United States.

Rochester Regional Health Home Care is a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) comprised of compassionate interdisciplinary specialists serving patients in Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates County. To earn this distinction, RRH Home Care demonstrated excellence across multiple key performance areas, including the quality of patient care, effective medication management and reductions in preventable hospitalizations. Other factors included patient experience, ensuring patients consistently felt heard, supported, and valued throughout their care journey, as reflected in patient survey measures.
