Jill Graziano Named President and COO of United Memorial Medical Center

Batavia, NY — June 17, 2025- Rochester Regional Health (RRH) announced today that Jill Graziano, RN, BSN, MBA, will expand her leadership responsibilities to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC), in addition to her current role as President and COO of Unity Hospital.

A dynamic and highly accomplished healthcare executive, Graziano has guided Unity Hospital through a period of exceptional progress; achieving significant advancements in operational efficiency, team member engagement, financial performance, and quality of care. With more than a decade of leadership experience at Rochester Regional Health, including serving as Senior Vice President overseeing Extended Care, Pharmacy, and Care Management Operations, she brings deep expertise in managing complex care delivery systems.

Graziano will collaborate closely with teams at both Unity Hospital and United Memorial Medical Center to advance shared goals, enhance operational excellence, and ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience. Her leadership will be instrumental in unifying care efforts across Rochester Regional Health’s western region, strengthening services and access for the communities we serve.

A highly respected and trusted leader within RRH, Graziano is known for her collaborative approach, deep commitment to team members and patients, and the strong relationships she has built across the organization and community. This leadership transition reinforces Rochester Regional Health’s commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and strengthening health services in Batavia and beyond.

Prior to joining RRH, Graziano served as Director of Marketing Strategy for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. She holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a BS in Nursing from SUNY College at Brockport.

This announcement is part of a broader leadership transition at Rochester Regional Health. As part of this transition, former Rural Hospitals President Dan Ireland has officially assumed the role of Chief Nursing Executive and Patient Care Officer for the health system. In addition, Michael Rulffes, MBA has been appointed President and COO of Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic and Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.
