The bill of rights that each Rochester Regional Health patient is entitled to.
We are committed to protecting medical information about you. In addition, The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) has set forth regulations to protect your health information.
You can make decisions and issue directives now that will ensure that your wishes are followed in the event you become incapable of making important decisions about the medical care you receive. It is the policy of Rochester Regional Health to follow the wishes you have expressed in a properly executed Health Care Proxy and/or Living Will.
If you cannot afford to pay for part or all of your essential health care services, you may be eligible for Financial Assistance / Charity Care. We offer financial assistance for insured patients who need help paying deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance.
