"For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a pediatrician. I love to watch my patients and their families grow together, to help them make good healthcare choices, to empower them to learn about themselves and take charge of their health."
Dr. Julia Stein, who knew as a teenager she wanted to be a pediatrician, has been with the Rochester General Medical Group since 1995. She moved to Rochester after completing her residency in pediatrics at Overlook Hospital (Columbia University affiliate) in Summit, New Jersey, and has a special interest in growth and development, mental health, holistic health, environmental health, and adolescent female issues.
