ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Rochester Regional Health announced today that President and CEO Richard “Chip” Davis has been named to City & State’s 2025 Upstate Power 100, which recognizes influential leaders shaping policy, business, and community life across Upstate New York.
Davis ranked No. 45 on the list, which highlights public and private sector leaders based on their influence, accomplishments, and regional impact.
Since becoming CEO in 2022, Davis has overseen the continued expansion of Rochester Regional Health’s integrated care model, serving more than 1.6 million people across Western New York, the Finger Lakes, and the North Country. Recent initiatives under his leadership include the opening of the Geneva Medical Campus to improve access to care in the Finger Lakes and the launch of innovative community partnerships that integrate primary care, wellness, and prevention.
