Dr. Nivedita Sahu is a rhinologist and skull base surgeon who specializes in using minimally invasive transnasal endoscopic surgical techniques for acute and chronic sinus disease, nasal polyposis, nasal obstruction, septal deviation, inferior turbinate reduction, sinonasal and skull base neoplasms, skull base defects, CSF leaks and meningoencephaloceles, Graves-realted proptosis and more.
Before joining Rochester Regional Health, Dr. Sahu served as a rhinologist and skull base surgeon at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington and as a Clinical Instructor of Otolaryngology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Health System. She completed her medical school and a residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and then went on to complete a fellowship in advanced rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Health System. She is board-certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
