Dr. Schinstine joined Rochester Regional Health in late 2020. Over the course of his 15 year career Dr. Schinstine has served in a variety of staff pathologist, academic and lab directorship roles in Oklahoma, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Vermont and Calgary, Alberta. He most recently served as a community practice pathologist in the University of Vermont Health Network. Dr. Schinstine has also served on committees for the College of American Pathologists, American Society of Cytopathology, Canadian Association of Pathologists, and the Alberta Cervical Cancer Screening Program.
