The Division of Colon & Rectal Surgery collaborates with specialists in other disciplines at Rochester Regional Health, including gastrointestinal and surgical oncology, to provide you with the expertise you deserve and the dedicated interest of each physician, surgeon and medical staff member involved in your treatment and recovery—from preoperative to postoperative care and beyond.
Marie A. Bianchi, ACNP
Nurse Practitioner, WOCN
Ms. Bianchi is a native of Rochester and earned her graduate nursing degree at the University of Pennsylvania and post-master’s certificate from the University of Rochester. She is certified in Gastroenterology Nursing and practiced at Strong Memorial Hospital for several years before joining the surgeons at Rochester General and RCRS.
Ms. Bianchi is a member of the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society™ (WOCN®).
Amy Harr, RD
Ms. Harr provides patients in the Colorectal Surgery Division of Rochester General Hospital with nutrition counseling services to assist with dietary changes following colorectal surgery and other non-surgical procedures.
