Meet the Faculty

  • Labonte_Tammy

    Tammy Labonte, MS, RN

    Mrs. Labonte is the associate director at Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing since October of 2017 and has been full time faculty since April of 2008.  She is a registered nurse whose education includes earning a MS in Nursing Education at St. John Fisher College in 2010 and received BSN from SUNY Brockport in 2000.  She has practiced as a registered nurse since 2000 within the area of medical-surgical nursing, specializing in cardiology.  Past professional roles include clinical adjunct for St. John Fisher, clinical resource nurse, staff development and clinical education.  She is a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the National League for Nursing. 

  • Calloway_Andrea_RN

    Andrea Calloway, BSN, RN

    Mrs. Calloway has been faculty at IGH since 2017.  She is a registered nurse whose education includes earning her BSN at St. John Fisher in 2008, an Associates in Health Science in 2006 from MCC and is currently enrolled in the Master’s in Nursing Education at the University of Rochester. Mrs. Calloway has over 30 years of healthcare experience and has been an employee at Rochester General Hospital since 1994.  Past professional roles include staff nursing, developing and working as a Nurse Navigator supporting breast cancer patients and their families, and Practice managing for GYN Oncology.  She is a proud member of the NLN and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.

  • Flynn

    Catherine Flynn, MS, RN

    Mrs. Flynn has been faculty at IGH since 2018.  She received her Masters in Nursing Education from Keuka College in 2014, her BSN from The College at Brockport in 2012. She has been adjunct teaching in a variety of school settings for four years. She has 34 years of healthcare experience and a practicing Registered Nurse for Twenty plus years.  Some roles she has held have been in the office setting, floor nursing, Charge Nurse along with Community Health as a School Nurse.  Mrs. Flynn is excited to share her passion for nursing with our students.

  • Brown_Lucia

    Lucia Brown, MSN, RN

    Ms. Brown is the skills lab coordinator and has been full time faculty at IGH since January of 2018.  She has been practicing as a registered nurse since 2010.  She obtained her BSN in 2010 from D’Youville College and her MSN education from Keuka College in 2015.  Her areas of clinical expertise are Stroke/ Rehab, Medical Intensive care, Pulmonary Progressive/ step- down and Emergency nursing.  Lucia is a proud member of the American Nurses Association and the National League of Nursing.

  • Kulp_Jeremy

    Jeremy Kulp, BSN, RN, CCRN-K

    Mr.  Kulp started as a clinical adjunct for IGH in 2018 and became full time faculty in 2018. His Education includes a completed BSN in 2014 from the Roberts Wesleyan College and current matriculation in the Masters of Nursing Education at Roberts Wesleyan College that will be completed in May of 2019. He has been a practicing Registered Nurse since 2014. His area of clinical expertise mostly in Adult Critical Care with a focus on Neurology and Emergency Medicine. Jeremy currently maintains his Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) with membership to the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) along with The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA). Jeremy is also an Eagle Scout and lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America. 

  • Maxey_Brock_Katie

    Katie Maxey-Brock, MSN, RN

    Mrs. Maxey-Brock is the simulation coordinator and has been faculty at Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing since February of 2015. She has been a practicing Registered Nurse since 2003.  She obtained her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan in 2003 and her MSN in adult health nursing in 2011 from Ball State University. Katie’s area of clinical expertise is medical surgical/orthopedic acute care.  Past professional roles include working as a clinical nurse specialist and a clinical adjunct.  Katie is certified in orthopedics and continues to retain her membership to the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the National League for Nursing.

  • Wesley_Chrissy_RN

    Chrissy Wesley, BSN, RN

    Mrs. Wesley started as a clinical adjunct at IGH in August of 2016 and became a full time faculty member July of 2017.  She has been a practicing Registered Nurse since 2000.  Her Education includes a completed BSN in 2013 from the University of Rochester and plans on matriculating into a MS program in the spring. Her area of clinical expertise is mostly in critical care both Adults and Pediatrics. Past professional roles include clinical pediatric adjunct for Genesee Community College, Nurse leader in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with primary focus of new graduate orientation, worked in the PACU at the Rochester General, where she has been part of the pediatric education core team as well the orientation committee for new staff. Chrissy is a proud member of the National League for Nursing and the American Society of Peri-anesthesia Nurses.

  • Stewart_Anna

    Anna Stewart, MS, RN

    Mrs. Stewart started at IGH as a clinical adjunct in 2013 and became full time faculty January of 2017.  Anna started her nursing career in 2002 as a LPN.  She has been a practicing registered nurse since 2008.  She completed her Associate in Applied science of nursing at MCC in 2008, obtained her master’s in education in 2013 from Keuka College and a post master’s certificate for nursing informatics in 2015 from Excelsior College.  She has worked primarily in Adult Med/Surg, Geriatrics and in community health and is a member of National League for Nursing, American Association Critical Care Nurses, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. 

  • Talcott_Dorothea

    Dorothea "Thea" Talcott

    As the administrative coordinator for IGH since 2017, Ms. Talcott provides administrative assistance for the Associate Director, faculty, staff and the students by providing support, assisting in daily office and program needs and managing the program’s general administrative activities.  She brings to this role over 20 years of experience along with an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Office Technology.  She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet your call when you call IGHSPN and believes that the best part of her job is getting to know and support the students in their nursing endeavor!  

  • Kranz_Heidi

    Heidi Kranz, MS Ed.

    Ms. Kranz graduated from Nazareth College with a Master of Science in Education, and Bachelor of Science from The College at Brockport, majoring in Psychology. Her prior clinical background includes working as an Addiction Therapist, specializing in concurrent disorders. She worked at Unity for approximately ten years in both inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency treatment. Ms. Kranz has worked for the last 15 years in higher education providing counseling and academic support. She has also taught courses in Psychology, Critical Thinking, and Strategies for College Success. Student success is her passion, and Ms. Kranz is committed to assisting students achieve their academic/career goals at the Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing.  

  • Greenlee_Toni

    Toni Greenlee

    Ms. Greenlee started her career in the financial aid field in 1979 as a work-study student at William Smith College where she earned her BA. After working in financial aid at a variety of schools throughout New York State she joined the team at IGHSPN in 2006. “The best part of my job is meeting with each incoming student, getting to know something about them that might help me point them toward additional financial aid specific to their situation. I try to educate students about financial aid as it pertains to them here at IGHSPN and also as it may be useful in their future.” Toni is also involved in community financial aid events, including Rochester’s College Goal NY and the Rochester Education Foundation’s “FAFSA Fest."

    Tammy Stewart

    As the Admissions Coordinator for the Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing, Tammy will focus on connecting educational opportunities for the community and throughout the organization. She will interact with prospective students to guide them on the career path, assist in the admissions process, and continue to foster their success as they embark on a new and exciting career in Healthcare. She is focused on engaging our community and our existing RRH team members in the opportunities, information, and resources to insure that this process is seamless. Prior to her role with IGHSPN, she has worked in various roles within Rochester Regional Health, to include providing Administrative Support for a successful implementation of Care Connect and most recently providing executive level support to the department of Emergency Medicine at RGH. She is humbled by the opportunity to work in this phenomenal role. She has lived and worked in the Rochester area for over 35 years, and is delighted to be a part of such an innovative opportunity to support the mission of Rochester Regional Health!

  • Magowan_Cathy

    Cathy Magowan, RN

    Ms. Magowan first earned her RN in 1994 with an AAS from a community college. After working for many years in Med/Surg, Emergency, Same Day Surgery, and Home Care/Hospice, Cathy returned to earn her BSN, and then her MSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Cathy is a member of the International Home Care Nursing Organization (IHCNO), and has presented at two international conferences sponsored by the IHCNO in Singapore and Chicago. Cathy began teaching in 2015 as an adjunct clinical instructor for Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing (IGHSPN), and was a full-time Health Care Instructor for the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center before accepting a full-time Faculty position at IGHSPN in 2016.
