    Rochester General Hospital

    A 528-bed acute-care facility with a medical and dental staff of 1,500 that provides services including emergency, pediatrics, neurosciences and much more. The hospital is home to a number of centers of excellence including the Lipson Cancer Institute and the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute. Rochester General is a Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence™ by the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers program from the National Consortium of Breast Centers, Inc.; a New York State-designated Stroke Center and a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.

    Unity Hospital

    A 471-bed community hospital in the town of Greece NY. After a four-year total renovation was completed in 2014, Unity is now the only Monroe County hospital to feature all private patient rooms. Unity offers a broad range of specialty centers including the Golisano Restorative Neurology and Rehabilitation Center; the Charles J. August Joint Replacement Center and the August Family Birth Place. The hospital is also a New York State-designated Stroke Center.

    Newark-Wayne Community Hospital

    A 300-bed hospital in Wayne County, offers services including cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopaedics and pulmonary care, as well as an innovative telemedicine program. The hospital has a renovated birthing center and emergency department. Newark-Wayne is a New York State-designated Stroke Center, a NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) Exemplar hospital and a recent recipient of the WHO Baby-Friendly designation. Rehabilitative and long-term care services are provided through DeMay Living Center, an attached facility.

    Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic

    The 262-bed hospital provides acute care, primary care, cancer treatment and behavioral health and addiction recovery programs in the central Finger Lakes region. The hospital features private rooms for every patient. An integrative program, the Springs of Clifton, delivers conventional care as well as complementary medicine therapies including massage, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, chiropractic services, mineral baths and an herbal medicinary.

    Canton-Potsdam Hospital

    Canton-Potsdam Hospital (CPH) is a not-for-profit community healthcare facility certified for 94 beds. Its core programs in emergency medicine, acute care, hospitalist medicine, and critical care are supplemented by outpatient health services in Brasher Falls, Canton, Colton, Massena, Norfolk, Norwood, and Potsdam, NY, and by specialist care in over 25 different specialties, including a robust orthopedic surgery and sports medicine program and the Center for Cancer Care.

    Gouverneur Hospital

    Gouverneur Hospital (GH) is a not-for-profit critical access hospital founded in 2013. "Critical access" is a federal designation that is available only to hospitals located in remote, rural regions, enabling these hospitals to be reimbursed at a higher rate because of the challenges they face in providing care in high-need areas. Gouverneur Hospital is certified for 25 beds and operates in affiliation with Canton-Potsdam Hospital in Potsdam, NY, and Massena Hospital in Massena, NY, under the umbrella of the St. Lawrence Health System. Services include inpatient detox, substance use disorder rehabilitation, emergency care, imaging and EKG’s, physical therapy, and respiratory therapy.

    Massena Hospital

    Massena Hospital (MH) is an acute care, 25-bed hospital providing inpatient medical, surgical, and pediatric services in addition to emergency care. Ancillary services include a 24/7 laboratory, 3.0 Tesla MRI, 128 low radiation large bore CT scanner, bone densitometry, ultrasound, mammography, and fluoroscopy. Nutritional counseling, respiratory care, physical, and speech therapies are also offered at the main campus. Numerous outreach primary and specialty care centers offer the community cardiology, infusion, nephrology, neurology, OB/GYN and women’s health, pediatrics, and surgery.

  • ElderONE - An Affiliate of Rochester Regional Health


    All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), combines medical transportation, and personalized care services. Our program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly gives the elderly and their families an alternative to nursing home placement. ElderONE provides medical care and support services for seniors in their homes, the community and at the ElderONE Day Centers. ElderONE is the only PACE program serving, Monroe, Wayne and Ontario counties.
