Clifton Springs Nursing Home is a hospital-based skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in the quaint village of Clifton Springs, NY. The 108-bed facility provides specialized services that include skilled nursing and restorative care services for chronically disabled and medically complex residents. The facility has six nursing units that are designed for traditional SNF residents as well as specialty units for residents who needing post-acute care, ventilator care, and dementia care. 

As a provider of skilled nursing and restorative care services, CSNH is dedicated to building productive relationships among residents, family members, and staff. Our primary focus is to afford each resident that opportunity to experience dignity, independence, and self-determination.

Our nursing home recognizes that each individual possesses unique strengths and abilities. Sensitivity and understanding are paramount in understanding each individual’s needs. When one can longer have their daily needs managed at home or has experienced a surgical procedure or acute health event, our nursing home strives to be the facility of choice for providing care and services in Ontario County and the Finger Lakes region.

Clifton Springs Nursing Home prides itself on being part of Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic. Residents of the nursing home also enjoy the convenience of being located on a health care campus that includes a full-service hospital, emergency department, pharmacy, and medical and diagnostic services. The services of Reiki and Healing Touch therapies are offered by the nursing home and additional services including acupuncture, hydrotherapy, massage therapy, and naturopathy are available through The Springs Integrative Medicine Center and Spa.

Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Rochester Regional's Clifton Springs Nursing Home skilled nursing facility. In order to be considered for admission, an application must be completed and returned to the long-term care admissions office.
