Apply to the Medical Laboratory Science Program

If you would like to apply to the Rochester General Hospital Medical Laboratory Science Program for the upcoming internship year, please visit the link provided below and follow the instructions. You will be asked to complete an online application form, an Essential Functions Attestation, and provide three references (two academic and one personal). You will receive a link that you can send to your selected references, allowing them to complete an online reference form. It is the student's responsibility to provide official transcripts from high school and all colleges attended. Official transcripts must be obtained from the primary source, printed on official letterhead, and sent to Elizabeth Karnisky at the following email address: [email protected].  Applications will be accepted from August 21 to December 1.
